Ordering & pickup
- How do I order? Order online or at any Home Surplus superstore. Many items are in stock and ready for pickup the same day.
- When will my order be ready? It depends on the item's availability badge — see How cabinet availability works. We'll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
- Last pickup time: check store hours for each location's last order pickup time.
Availability: Grab & Go, Quick Ship, Special Order
- Grab & Go — in stock at your selected superstore. Take it home today.
- Quick Ship - Available in 7 Business Days Or Less
- Special Order — ordered for you from the manufacturer, typically 2–6 weeks. Your Home Surplus team confirms the estimate.

Returns & exchanges
- Inspect your products at pickup or delivery. Report damage or shortages within 5 days. Installed products can't be returned.
- Grab & Go items in new condition, original packaging, with proof of purchase: return or exchange within 30 days.
- Items available for inter-store transfer: return or exchange within 30 days, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Special Order and Clearance items are not returnable.

- No appointment is needed to shop. For dedicated time with a designer, book a kitchen design consultation (free) — in the showroom or online.

- We don't install products ourselves, but we can connect you with local contractors.
